Phase 3 smoke test #2 — real page_id 331099438539 (HiveXS test page). Sets htmlBody to a tiny test marker. Expected: HubSpot accepts draft, returns preview URL, dispatcher writes result.json status=success in completed/. Wayne reviews draft in HubSpot UI but does NOT need to click Publish — confirming the preview URL renders is enough.

Phase 4 smoke test — read the existing test page to see its actual structure (template, fields, modules, layout sections). Read-only; no mutation. Goal: tell us which field controls the render so the next draft attempt targets the right field.

Smoke #5 prep — read the FAQ page (page_id 331099440588) to find its coded file path. Confirmed via curl that this page is on a different template from the homepage, so safe to target. Once we know the file path, we construct an update_coded_file bundle that adds a visible test marker.

Fresh FAQ read after v1.2.1 bug fix. Now that the URL is correct, the dependency.coded_files[0].content should contain the actual file source instead of null.

Fresh FAQ read after v1.2.2 source-code URL fix. Strategist deploy code from 2026-05-09 used cms/v3/source-code/draft/content/<literal-path> successfully 35+ times; now matched. Expecting dependencies.coded_files[0].content to be the actual templates/hivexs/faqs.html file content.

Phase 5 smoke #5 — creates a brand new sandbox file at templates/hivexs/_sandbox/smoke-5.html. GET will 404 (new file), dispatcher displays NEW FILE warning + full content as diff. Wayne approves y, dispatcher POSTs (multipart) the file, HubSpot stores it. File is not linked to any page — safe to delete after. Proves: GET 404 handling, multipart POST upload, audit trail.

Bucket 1 backlog retry. The dashboard generator (backlog_page/generate.py) was producing OLD hrefs with .html suffixes, overwriting the sub-agent fix before the v1.2.6 dispatch. Generator now patched at the source. Local file regenerated with absolute hrefs. This dispatch ships the correct version.

Create /deployments page on HubSpot. HTML file did not exist; dispatcher's PUT->POST fallback will create it. Same shape as existing /backlog and /spend pages. Resolves the missing /deployments link target (nav links to it from /, /backlog, /spend were dispatched earlier today but the page itself was never pushed).

This bundle creates the URL->template mapping. Dispatcher creates DRAFT only (by design); Wayne publishes via HubSpot UI after dispatch. Run this AFTER the template-upload bundle has completed successfully.

Create /knowledge page template on HubSpot. HTML file does not exist yet on HubSpot; dispatcher's PUT->POST fallback will create it. Same shape as the /deployments and /backlog pages (sticky nav, summary strip, pillar overview table, per-pillar collapsible doc lists, authoring backlog of stubs, out-of-scope skipped files, CLI 'how to query' footer). Renders 443 chunks / 91 docs / 28 stubs / 9 pillars from playbook_index_full.json. TODO (next dispatch, not tonight): update the doc-nav links on /index, /backlog, /spend, /deployments, /system-map, /process-map, /faqs to include a 'Knowledge' link pointing at /knowledge.

Dashboard reconciliation per Wayne 2026-05-12 06:25. Three changes: (1) waiting-on column resolves the specific person name from STATUS.json current step's owner_id (Wayne, Ed, etc.) instead of generic 'You'; (2) 'Now needs:' label now reads '<Name> now needs:' for multi-person future-proofing; (3) added a 'Working on:' line beneath rows where the state isn't awaiting_human, surfacing the new STATUS.json.working_on field (TBC items rendered with amber tint for visibility of unmaintained tasks). Also reconciled disk state: archived 3 completed tasks (-004 AUSM EDM, -001 LinkedIn reply, -001 HubSpot deploy gate) and synced 6 task-level states from running -> awaiting_human where current step was awaiting_human. Active task count 15 -> 12. T-2026-05-08-001 cost-accounting Phase 1 marked shipped; current step advanced to Wayne reviews Phase 1.
